What does the random word generator contain?
The English word generator draws from a pinned, versioned release of 700 reviewed entries. Every result stays in the requested English corpus: if that exact locale cannot load, the page reports that state instead of using a fallback from another language. The release contains nouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs, and the part of speech control shows only categories present in the data. You can filter the visible written form by its start or end, then compare its displayed character length with =, >, or <. These controls operate on the spelling shown in the result; they do not estimate pronunciation. The review supports a conservative release, but it is not a claim of exhaustive dictionary certification or item-by-item human editorial validation.

About the release and its limits
This page treats the corpus version as part of the product contract. The count of 700 applies to the active English release and should change only when a different reviewed version is pinned. Selection happens after the requested filters are applied, so a narrow combination can legitimately return no result. Part of speech is record metadata; start and end target the visible spelling; length counts displayed grapheme characters. Those statements are deliberately narrower than claims about meaning, register, pronunciation, regional preference, or universal suitability. Review reduced known release defects and made the set reproducible, but it does not turn the list into a complete dictionary and does not establish item-by-item human approval.
